How to connect

Whether you have a mobile phone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer, connecting is easy.

As long as you have an internet connection you can enjoy service from your living room sofa, a park bench in California, or a sidewalk cafe in Paris. Here’s how:

STEP 1: Connect to the internet

Connect your device to the internet as you normally would. If you are connecting using WiFi (wireless connection), service is best enjoyed with a download connection speed of 1.5 megabits per second, in order to reduce video lag.

STEP 2: Test your internet speed

You can test your internet speed by clicking here to go to speedtest.net. Click ‘GO’ once the page loads. You want to see a download speed of 1.5 megabits per second or higher.

STEP 3: Connect to Zoom

Click here to join us over Zoom. You should not be prompted for a passcode.
